We are seeking a virtual Marketing and Administrative Assistant. From start to finish, the Marketing Assistant will create and manage several worldwide marketing projects. Initial outreach, follow-up, tracking, feedback collection, and scheduling calls and meetings are all part of the job. In a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting, good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage numerous tasks at once are required. Strong English speaking and writing abilities are required.
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable or equivalent profession
- Quick learner, incredibly organised, and detail-oriented with a proven strategy for managing several things at the same time
- Experience with a CRM and LinkedIn, as well as knowledge of marketing campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation, data collection to recommend campaigns, and strategy pivoting Ability to handle many projects concurrently Ability to work autonomously based on rules and standards
- Strong English speaking and writing abilities are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a closely related subject is required.
- Knowledge of the finance business is not required but is an advantage.
