The Learning & Development Manager, Baseball Operations is in charge of identifying, executing, supervising, and assessing baseball and non-baseball-specific staff learning and development projects within the baseball operations department. This position will collaborate closely with department heads, senior baseball operations leaders, and other key internal stakeholders to help ensure that all domestic and international staff members working in various locations across the country and the world have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform at the highest level, as well as opportunities to grow and enhance their careers.

Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of experience developing and managing learning and development programmes, or equivalent expertise
- A bachelor’s degree is necessary. Professional training in educational design and delivery, as well as organisational development, is greatly recommended.
- Working experience in a professional/college sports organisation or league office is preferred but not essential.
- Designing programmes for various learning platforms is a plus (online, virtual, and in-person).
- Successful track record of guiding staff development and strategic projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as training facilitation abilities.
- Strong organising and planning abilities. Capability to efficiently handle many projects at the same time.
- Excited, with a positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Proven relationship builder with all levels of personnel.
- Experience with or respect for working in a multilingual and multicultural workplace
- Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and e-learning platforms are a must.
