Staffing and International Affairs Specialist Job In Philadelphia

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on human resource actions and international appointments across multiple divisions in the Department of Medicine (currently Renal, Rheumatology, Cardio, PAIR, Pulmonary, EDM, TMHG, Infectious Diseases, and Central Medicine) under the direction of the Chief Research Administrator and in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources; developing procedures for onboarding new staff and delivering In charge of overseeing the visa application and renewal processes for these divisions. The job will work with supervisors to establish position-specific onboarding and training programmes that will boost introduction and yearly evaluations for new employees.
